  The farm invites you…
not only to taste our own products, completely organic, but also to discover the typical gastronomy of our land, handed down through the generations from father to son and a heritage of the upper tiber culture to preserve.

Essentiality, simplicity and substance are peculiarities of our cooking, indispensable elements for creating the most simple to the most sophisticated menus and enriched by the qualities of the basic materials used.

As a seal of love and passion for our culinary tradition we have always treasured and used the wood oven, a determining factor in the perfect realisation of many gastronomic specialities.

For us, looking to the past also in this aspect does not represent a step backwards in terms of authenticity and quality, but rather an inexhaustible source of pleasure and sensation that only a meal created with the right preparation times, often long but irreplaceable, can supply to those who know how to appreciate the true flavours of the table!

Our courses, lasting about 3 hours, are conducted over one or two days as required.
The minimum number of participants is 4 people, maximum 8. The lessons are always in the afternoon between 1500 and 2000 hours.

During the course, which includes both theory and practical, we will demonstrate how to create our traditional dishes, starting from the appetisers and finishing with the deserts.

Everything that is prepared can then be enjoyed by our guests during the evening meal.
During the various phases of preparation of the dishes, an explanation will be given of the historic origins of each recipe and how they have been transformed both over time and by the passing seasons.

The cost for a basic course of 3 hours, including the dinner, is Euro 50.00 per person.
The two day course (6 hours in total) comprises the preparation of Appetisers and First Course the first day, Main Course, Side dishes and Desert the second; in this case, the wood oven can also be used, should the type of dishes selected require it. The cost, again including the dinner, is Euro 95.00.

Booking is essential for both the basic course and the 2 day course.
